Reinstated - but I'm trying to keep chatty twitters down!

  • 07:54 is running late for work- oops? #
  • 09:16 took the stairs at Russell Square. It's too early for that kind of exercise. #
  • 13:52 is learning vital skills like how to tell a plesiosaur centrum from an ichthyosaur. #

Tempted to say leave these uncut if only a few lines long because it takes longer to click the cut than to read the few lines!

a) one can't predict how many twitters one will twit per day in advance.
b) use Firefox and LJ-addons! unravle cuts in one window!

I like the verb "to twit" in this context!

I agree with fwuffydragon.

I think it's unlikely that you'd really write so many twitters in a day that seeing them uncut on my friends page would be more annoying than not knowing whether they were worth clicking through a cut for or not.

And I'm not sure how the add-on you mention works, but I don't really want to have to either a) automatically uncut everything or b) have to click on something specific to uncut twitters, even if they then reappear on my friends page rather than taking me through to another page. It still requires a click!

I agree with Pen.

I tried cutting mine briefly but it annoyed both me and SB, so I stopped, and seeing others cut theirs is annoying—yes, I can unfold with the addon, but that means waiting while it loads, which I'd rather not do.

But, y'know, your journal and all.
