On the theory that we could all use a hearty dose of positive energy and general warm fuzziness while we wait, none too patiently, for better times; that *no* one I know is getting told often enough what a good job they are doing just getting through this crazy, lovely world. Take a second, and mention something you like about me (if such a thing exists) in the comments. Then repost this to your own journal, and have some goodness for yourself.

Also, after spending days trying and counting and getting frustrated and redoing, I have 5cm of even, steady and bouncy knitting. With the same number of stitches as I started with! After this is a square, I'm going to learn purling. Go me!

Congrats on the knitting! <3

I think you're awesome. You RP great people very well, you're fun to talk to, you make some incredibly interesting and thought-provoking blog posts, and I had an absolute blast wandering around London with you last year. You made me feel welcome and delightfully geeky. :D

I like your brain! It's big and shiny.

I like way too much about you.

I like the way you asses meta, I love your RP pups, you have an awesome sense of humor, &etc etc.

You're not afraid to speak your mind about what you think and feel and I really find that wonderful.

Your hair is fantastic, and the fact you've taken up knitting is really great!

You're awesome and clever about seemingly everything, from comics through dinosaurs to mathematics. I remain convinced that if faced with a person suffering from an unknown disease and knowing the hidden location to the treasure vaults of Xerxes but afraid to speak, and armed only with a roll of twine and the 21st of March 2004 issue of the Daily Telegraph, you would not only cure the disease and find the vaults, but foster peace between cats and dogs and make contact with a benevolent alien civilisation.

- this tempts me to start putting testimonies on my userinfo. Thank you for being awesome.

One of the things I really admire about you is your ceaseless determination to figure out what the right thing is to do, and to do it. :) You have a very strong conscience and a very firm mind.

I love that you love Fray.

I love reading your posts because it's nice knowing that so many people actually think about my fandoms deeper than I do :)

And I love that you're knitting now! I was TERRIBLE about increasing stitches unconsciously. I'm still working on the whole reflexive knitting thing where I don't even have to look at what I'm doing...it'll be a long time coming.

I really enjoy reading your journal and I covet your moodtheme :)

I love your posts - funny and srs - and our injokes, and that you will sit in public with me with post-it notes stuck to our heads.

I think stress is the best time for self analysis, actually. The only way to deal with the stress is to know what it's doing to me.

Thank you. ♥

...Huh. That actually makes a lot of sense.

You are one of the most interesting people I know! And I wish I had enough time to click on all the links you post.

I love that you will Britpick at me from across a continent! And I love your wonderful sense of the ridiculous.

I love your enthusiasm for science, your skill at explaining the things you care about to us, your desire to share those things in the first place, the way you took me to a nice Mexican restaurant in Covent Garden when I was moaning about how I can't get real Mexican food here, the way that you managed to make friends with Andrew even though nobody ever manages to do that... that must make you awesome indeed. Oh, and I like you for nominating me in SB's blog contest, 'cause I'm shallow like that. :D

I admire your determination, and your rigorous thought process. I think you have uncompromising analytical skills combined with kindness, which is a difficult trick to pull off.

But more than that, I adore the way you are constantly interested things, and then you turn around and share them. I have no idea how you keep up with it all, but it's amazing.

You post super-smart and super-entertaining things, and you give my flist a dash of science fun, which is always welcome. :D Also, your ability to RP such a variety of characters is pretty much awesome.

So, in summary, you are cool.

Um, I'm gonna be unoriginal and say I love your hair! Especially now that I have next to none.
