I have agreed to and therefore committed myself to, writing something sciencey and politically, as regularly as I can for The Liberal Conspiracy
, starting with last week's piece on International Year of True History. I'll be crossposting here for as long as I can get away with it (I know Laurie
does it), so that's why you might see a slight shift in focus here. If for some reason you don't want to read my journal but do want to follow me on LC, then you can at debil_lc_feed
Meanwhile, because of the failure of the Delicious blog posting tool, I've managed to set up Twitterfeed
to feed my Delicious
posts, LJ and LC posts all to Twitter
, so if you follow that you'll see everything. I re-enabled Loudtwitter
today to see if the bug's been fixed. If it hasn't, then I'll just have to keep trying to manually let LJ land know what's going on. If it does work, then the daily Twitter posts will also contain Delicious links and LibCon posts. Aren't you glad I'm doing all my own stalking for you? I love Web2.0.
Meanwhile, if you're at a loose end with nothing to do on Saturday 7th
or Monday 16th February
, you can either come to the Natural History Museum or tune in on the internet
at 12.30 GMT to see me talk about dinosaur palaeontology. Y'know, if you want to.
Oh yeah, there was something else going on today, wasn't there? Good luck, USA. Don't be too disappointed when he turns out to be human.
