THIRTY DAYS OF MEME: 15 A Fanfic
I... don't read fanfic. Pretty much at all. I hardly even read other people's threads in Roleplaying games I'm in. I know this means I fail at fandom, or something, especially as I've probably written more fanfic then I've written. If you count gaming, I DEFINITELY have.
The thing is, that I treat the internet, where fanfic takes place, like a participant activity, not a spectator one. If I'm going to mix stories with a computer screen, it's because I'm constructing one. When I look for something to read on a screen, I look for blogs and news and opinion. It's just the way I spend my time.
So there you have a confession. Sorry, guys, but when you post a fic on your journal, when I see those magic words Fandom Characters | Rating all bolded, I scroll past. Sorry
So let's fix this, shall we? I declare this post a FREE-FOR-ALL REC THINGS FOR DEBI
post. What fanfics should I be reading/have read? What have you written that you're proud of? What, exactly do you think is wrong with me? Things like that.
